STRATEGIC GOALS

1. Grow in Worship Attendance (from 15 to 50+ by December 2025)

  • Launch a monthly “Community Worship Night” open to all ages
  • Invite musicians/youth from area schools and churches to participate
  • Create a welcoming and simple worship environment focused on presence

2. Discipleship for All Generations

  • Adults: Small group Bible study (online/in-person hybrid)
  • New Members: 4-week “Foundations” class quarterly
  • Youth (Upon Arrival): Prepare a scalable youth plan including youth mentoring, youth-led services, and quarterly youth retreats once children are consistently present.

3. Outreach and Community Engagement

  • Partner with local organizations (food pantry, schools, shelters)
  • Quarterly service projects: “Serve Livingston” days
  • Participate in community events with branded church tent & flyers

4. Leadership and Volunteer Development

  • Annual Leadership Training Day
  • Monthly Zoom check-ins with board and ministry leaders
  • Establish Ministry Apprenticeships for youth and young adults (to be activated upon youth attendance)

 

5. Church Growth and Infrastructure

  • Write grants to support construction of a fellowship hall and classrooms for youth and ministries
  • Adequate use of technology for outreach and worship
